With over 15 years of leadership and team development experience. Domenic has become an influential industry leader. His passion for leadership development, organizational growth make him uniquely qualified to add value to individual leaders, leadership teams and sales teams. He has experience in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors, and he has led companies through economic challenges, growth barriers, and disconnected team dynamics.

Domenic is the founder and lead consultant at L2L coaching, a leadership and sales organization that serves corporate, business, individual leadership and sales growth. Earlier in his career, Domenic gained extensive experience in leadership, coaching, sales and marketing by holding numerous executive positions with top tier financial industry organizations.

Also known as a dynamic, influential, high energy, positive and inspiring leader, he lives his life to help others reach their full potential.

Domenic holds a bachelor’s degree and Executive M.B.A., from L’Université du Quebec à Montréal and is also a certified financial planner.

Domenic is member of several professional organizations, and is currently serving as Vice-President of the board of Directors of les Distributions l’Escalier, a non-profit organization supporting and empowering young adults.

Domenic and his incredible wife, Chantal, have two daughters, Sofia and Eve. When Domenic is not leading he spends his time learning, running and enjoying the outdoors.
